Montgomery Village is a small freindly neighborhood in Southeast Santa Rosa. Anchored by the popular Montgomery Village Shopping Center and outdoor mall with many stores and restaurants, the homes are mostly built in the 1950s and are typically small. The shopping center also features popular entertainment during the summer months.People are drawn to the Montgomery Village for the great central location that is close to Howarth Park and walking distance to shopping and fun. There are a number of long time residents and families with young kids that are attracted to the neighborhood feel and excellent schools. Pricing in Montgomery Village is high $400,000-$800,000.

Local recommendations--the Summerfield Theatre hosts many indendent films, Howarth Park has a cool train for the kids and excellent hiking and tennis.
