I was a first time home
buyer and was lucky enough to have Karen recommended to me by a close
friend. I didn't realize how much her experience helped my though the
process of buying a home until about six months later. She avoided all
the pitfalls that only a seasoned real estate agent could. I know this
because several of my friends were also buying their first home and had
hit many bumps in the road that Karen had led me around. Karen is
thoughtful, concerned, savvy, and will hold your hand when your fears
overwhelm you. Since Karen has been in the business for many years she
hooked me up with a Mortgage Broker that happened to be an old family
friend and a Title Company Officer that was very experienced. I knew
that I had Karen and three very smart people around me. To have all
three components of a real estate deal in place I knew my worries were
minimized. That was very important to me when I was entering uncharted
waters.
The true test of a really good real estate agent is, would you go back
to then for another real estate deal? I can say with certainty, if the
occasion arises, I will be in her office without any apprehension. Karen

interest at heart.
